Building-Performance have worked in conjunction with Lend Lease Development at 25 King Street to assist in achieving its sustainability aspiration of a 6-star rating.
Building-Performance were involved as independent commissioning agents to review the design intent at each major design stage for commissionability, controllability, maintainability and operability to ensure they are in-line with the targeted 6-star Green Star rating.
Our role will continue post completion with fine tuning over the next few years to strike the best balance of energy reduction and occupancy comfort.

Sailing 101, bring friends, boats, booze and the breeze.
The Brisbane regatta is our third PIF Sailing Cup for the year after the Sydney & Melbourne events. There is no better way to top of the trifecta than at our local harbor, the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron on a perfect bluebird day.
Building-Performance are proud to support the PIF mission to make a tangible difference to the serious and persistent problem of youth homelessness.
