Building-Performance ("us", "we", or "our") our advisory (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Data we receive from users of the Service.

We use your Data only for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with data from assets and buildings that can be used for collection and analysis.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you log in new Data or visit our Service ("Log Data").

This Log Data will include information you willingly provide such as but not limited to Maintenance Activity, Asset Condition etc. In addition, we may use third party services such as Microsoft Azure and Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse.

The Log Data section is for businesses that use analytics or tracking services in websites or apps, like Google Analytics. For the full disclosure section, create your own Privacy Policy.

Security

Your data is stored in a Common Data Service (CDS). A CDS securely stores and manages data through the Service. Data is stored within a set of records used to store data called entities.

All Data is stored such that we are able to leverage the high security measures that Microsoft uses to protect their Azure Active Directory (AD),    Licensing is the first control-gate to allowing access to Power Apps components. Environments act as a security boundary giving different types of access depending on the user. The access of applications and flows is managed by security roles in the context of environments; thus a user's ability to see and use apps is controlled by sharing the application. Sharing a canvas app is done directly with a user or an Azure AD group but is still subject to CDS security roles. Model-driven apps are also secured by CDS security roles.
